❓ How do subscriptions work?
All Evaluation Accounts at Alpha Trader Futures operate on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will be automatically billed every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.
🔁 Automatic Monthly Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days.
The payment method used at checkout will be debited automatically at renewal.
You can cancel your subscription anytime before your 30-day renewal date to avoid being billed for the next month.
⏸️ Can I pause my subscription?
No. Subscriptions cannot be paused. The billing cycle continues automatically every 30 days unless you cancel before your renewal date.
✅ What happens if I pass my Evaluation?
If you pass your Evaluation Phase before your 30-day renewal date, your subscription will be automatically canceled— you will not be billed again.
This applies even if your next billing date has not yet arrived.

🔄 Resets and Subscriptions
You can Reset your account anytime before your 30-day billing period ends.
Resets provide a new Evaluation Account with all original metrics while keeping your subscription active and your billing date unchanged.
📆 What happens at the 30-day renewal date?
If your account is Active:
No action is required.
Your account remains active with all progress and metrics retained.
If your account is Breached:
When your subscription renews, you’ll automatically receive a new Evaluation Account with the original starting balance and metrics.
Your new account will appear within minutes after payment is processed.
