❓ Multiple Profiles, IPs & Location Policy — Alpha Trader Futures
One Profile Per Trader
You may register only one profile with Alpha Trader Futures.
Creating additional profiles (including with different emails) is not permitted and may affect your ability to become funded, receive payouts, or participate in promotions/giveaways.
If you accidentally created duplicates, contact support to resolve it.
IP Addresses & Devices
You may log in from multiple devices you personally own (e.g., desktop, laptop, mobile) and these may have different IPs within your normal location.
What we monitor and may flag:
Multiple profiles on the same IP (suggests account sharing or duplicate accounts).
Frequent/contradictory location changes in the trade-IP log.
Shared device identifiers across different users.
Device Identifier (CID)
We also monitor a CID (computer/device ID).
If multiple users appear on the same CID, this may indicate prohibited account sharing, third-party management, or KYC concerns and can trigger a review.
Location Consistency & Travel
Your login location should remain consistent.
If our team detects a location change, we may ask for simple proof (e.g., flight receipt, passport stamp, quick live video from the location).
Traveling? Please notify support before you go so we can note the change and avoid interruptions.
Prohibited Connectivity & Obfuscation Tools
Not permitted under any circumstance:
VPNs, proxy services, TOR, geo-location obfuscation, or any identity-masking/IP-hopping tools.
Using these tools can lead to immediate review, trading suspension, rule violations, and potential account closure.
Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in:
Trading suspension or forced flattening
Account ineligibility for funding/payouts
Closure of duplicate/linked profiles
Requests for additional KYC/identity verification
Permanent bans for repeat or intentional evasion
Keep Your Account in Good Standing
Use only your own single profile and devices.
Do not share logins or manage other traders’ accounts.
Avoid VPNs/proxies/TOR or any IP-masking tools.
Tell us before you travel so we can annotate your account.
Respond promptly if our team reaches out about IP/CID or location checks.
