What Happens to My Account During a Payout?

At Alpha Trader Futures, your security and profits are our top priority. To protect your balance during the payout process, we temporarily pause trading on your account. Here’s what to expect:

Payout Process

  • Trading Pause: Once you request a payout, trading is disabled to prevent any potential losses while your withdrawal is under review.

  • Processing Time: Reviews can take up to 5 business days for approval or denial. During this time, trading remains paused to safeguard your funds.

  • Decision: After the review, your request will either be approved or denied. Once a decision is made, trading access will be restored.

  • Resume Trading: If approved, you can continue trading immediately once your account is re-enabled.

Receiving Your Payment

  • Rise Invitation: After approval, you’ll receive a link to register with Rise.

  • Payment Options: Rise offers multiple payout methods—including cryptocurrency, ACH, and wire transfers—so you can select what works best for you.

  • Temporary Pause: Trading is disabled only during the payout process for your protection.

  • Processing Timeline: Payout reviews may take up to 5 business days.

  • Flexible Payout Methods: Choose from crypto, ACH, or wire transfers through Rise.

    Payouts & Processing

    All payout requests at Alpha Trader Futures follow a structured timeline:

    • Approval Review: 48–72 business hours

    • Processing After Approval: 24–48 business hours

    Important: The payout timeline is measured in business days only.

    This means the following are included in the processing time frame:

    • Bank Holidays – If your bank is closed, payout delivery may be delayed.

    • Weekends – Payouts are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

    • System Updates or Maintenance – Any scheduled updates on our payout processors or trading platforms may extend processing times.

    Key Notes

    • All timelines refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

    • Delays outside of Alpha Trader Futures’ control (banking holidays, weekends, payment processor updates) are included in the processing window.

    • You’ll be notified by email once your payout is approved and again once it has been processed.
